Empty black tower

What is going on with the black tower near Nagrich. My character went there to fight a few slimes and found only a quiet deserted tower. It this intentional or has a DM just turned off the spawns for a short time.

It was a great place to go if you did not have a lot of time. Or for holding a training session.

Are there plans to populate the tower again or is it being left empty.

Yep, some of the spawns were corrupt. We blame ApproachingWinter, because he doesn't argue much when we blame him.

It'll be repopulated eventually.
